our story
the well
A heart-centred oasis where your wellbeing journey is gently guided, always held.
urban wellbeing. done well.
the well is where johannesburg comes to stay well
Inside the city, but designed to restore you beyond it, we bring together movement, recovery, contrast therapy and integrated medicine into one intentional system — helping you build strength, regulate your nervous system and return to your life clear, calm and recalibrated.
Set in the sublime Patrick Watson designed gardens of Nine Yards, step through the antique doors and find sanctuary. The Well is a place where ancient practices and contemporary care meet in one beautifully considered space. Everything designed to work in concert with you, supporting your wellbeing. We invite you to join us at The Well.
the people behind the well
Dr Niki Judelman
co-founder · chiropractor
Dr Niki Judelman is a chiropractor with over 15 years of clinical experience. Her work is rooted in an integrative approach to alignment with a particular focus on the fascial system. She incorporates various techniques to support the body's structural, neurological and internal balance, facilitating a deeper sense of coherence and ease.
Niki's work is guided by a longstanding curiosity about the role of emotions in physical discomfort and disease. She is particularly interested in the pathways which guide individuals towards their body's innate capacity for wholeness, returning to their own balance through nervous system regulation, breath, embodied awareness and the restoration of internal rhythm.
The Well is the fulfilment of Niki's dream — where she brings together years of clinical expertise and an intuitive understanding of the body to create an experience which is grounding, yet expansive, for those who need it.
